Braided plants of our own production, height 70 cm, green pot as in photo.

La Aquatic Pachira is native to the rainforests of Central America e Brazil and belongs to the family of BombacaceaeIt is an evergreen plant that can reach up to 18 metres in the wild, while in our homes it does not exceed 3 metres in height. The Pachira aquatica is distinguished by its intertwined trunk and white, red or cream-coloured inflorescences: its exquisite fruits resemble small gourds called 'wild chestnuts'.
La pachira is a hardy plant and very easy to care for. It will do well in any environment, as long as it is not too cold and has good light! In summer it can also stay outdoors, but make sure it is well sheltered from direct sunlight.

Did you know that the Aquatic Pachira is also called the 'Money tree', or 'tree of good fortune'? In the Far East, its leaves are thought to attract money, which is then held in the woven trunk and finally given to its grower and caretaker.
